Potalex

A crater marked zone where the atmosphere is unusually (or more accurately: usually) thin. People live in the small craters that were dug up in order to gain access to the skymetals with each community being named after the asteroid that impacted there. Air is thin here resulting in shortness of breath for outsiders and air tanks are a popular commodity in the population.
